Mezzo di Pasta is the story of two childhood friends - Emmanuel Guth and Denis Sutter, each with their own ambitions. After building their careers in Finance and Catering, the urge to become their own bosses became stronger. Little by little the idea grew - to create their own brand and to bring a new revolutionary concept to the fast food industry.
